In Design Consultation, we will bring in factory direct materials to show you. Once that we know that you like something, we will go ahead and measure the areas you are looking to change or update. From the measurements, what we have-to-do is call the warehouse to assure that the materials you chose are available. The reason that we say this is that our sale(s) are on our in-stock items, our in-stock items are essentially overstock. The good news about this is that you're getting a higher rated material at a residential price. The only downside is that we have other Design Consultants offering the same materials at the same time, and these products inventory change daily, literally hourly. Once we know your materials are available, we will give you a price - you can say 'yes', you can say 'no' either answer is fine with us because we don't work on commission.
